A 503B outsourcing facility is a compounder registered with the FDA that may produce medications in bulk without patient-specific prescriptions, subject to current good manufacturing practice requirements.

Google Ads Healthcare Certification is a separate approval, filed at the child-account level and referencing your public LegitScript listing, that a telemedicine advertiser must obtain in addition to LegitScript certification before ads will serve.
