LegitScript applications we file are approved in as little as 3 days.
We prepare and manage certification for high-scrutiny telehealth categories: GLP-1 (semaglutide, tirzepatide), ED (sildenafil, tadalafil), peptides, and ivermectin. We do the same work for pharmacies, med spas, supplement brands with a prescription arm, and other healthcare merchants. We handle the complexity and stay on your file until a decision is issued.

The 5-Step Accelerated Journey
A deterministic approach to securing your LegitScript certification without the guesswork.
Intake & Onboarding
Comprehensive onboarding and initial intake, gathering the foundational corporate and clinical data LegitScript will ask for.
Pre-Submission Audit
We audit your telehealth platform against the nine LegitScript certification standards before anything is submitted: licensure coverage, prescriber disclosure, partner pharmacy status, and required website content.
Optimization & Remediation
We tell you exactly what has to change and implement the safeguards that keep an application from stalling in review.
Active LS Representation
We submit the optimized application and advocate on your behalf, handling every RFI (Request for Information) until the file is complete.
Official Decision
LegitScript issues its decision. On approval you can process card-not-present payments under MCC 5122/5912 and begin the separate advertising certifications each platform requires.
Navigating compliance for high-scrutiny compounds
Why Speed Matters in Telehealth
Until you are certified you cannot reliably process card-not-present payments or advertise on the major networks. Most of the delay in a LegitScript application is not review time. It is an incomplete file going back and forth, and that part we can eliminate.
- Faster time to market: Launch and start acquiring patients while competitors are still assembling documents.
- Reduced capital burn: Minimize operational overhead during the waiting period.
- Avoid costly mistakes: LegitScript's application fee is nonrefundable per attempt, so a denial means the whole fee is spent and a refiling is charged in full again.

Every LegitScript fee it takes to get certified is inside the price above: the application fee, the annual certification fee charged on approval, and expedited processing where it is worth buying, for a single website. You never pay LegitScript directly. Renewals from your second year onward are billed by LegitScript to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on scope, timelines, and what certification does and does not unlock.
What part of the timeline do you actually control?
We control preparation, submission and RFI turnaround: your application is prepared and submitted in under two weeks, and every request for information is answered the day it arrives. LegitScript alone decides the outcome and publishes no estimate for how long its own review takes, so the 3-day figure on this page describes applications we have already filed rather than a schedule LegitScript has agreed to. Those have come back approved in as little as 3 days, and in roughly two weeks from submission to a decision at the outer end.
Does LegitScript certification let me run ads?
Not on its own. Google Ads requires a second, separate healthcare certification filed at the child-account level that references your public LegitScript listing. Meta requires LegitScript certification plus separate written permission through Business Suite. We tell you this up front because most providers do not.
What if my website needs a lot of work?
The Full Compliance Bundle handles it. We build a natively compliant site from scratch rather than remediating an existing one, which is usually faster and always cleaner than retrofitting.
Does your price include LegitScript's fees?
Yes. One published price covers our work and the LegitScript fees it takes to get one website certified: the application fee, the annual certification fee charged on approval, and expedited processing where it is worth buying. You pay one number to us rather than juggling separate invoices, and you never pay LegitScript directly. Renewals from your second year onward are billed by LegitScript to you, and additional websites are quoted up front because LegitScript bills per website.
Which businesses do you work with?
Telehealth and healthcare merchants in high-scrutiny categories: GLP-1 (semaglutide, tirzepatide), ED medications, peptides, ivermectin, hormone therapy, and med spas. We also file for pharmacies, including mail-order, compounding and veterinary, and for supplement brands that sell prescription products or run a telehealth arm. We qualify every applicant before taking payment.
